Warranty circumstances
- The product is warranted for 12 (twelve) months from date of purchase.
- The product will be repaired or replaced free of charge by local Authorized Service Center.
If, at their sole discretion, it is found to be faulty within the warranty period.
- This warranty only applies to products sold and distributed
within approved countries by ZTE and its authorized distributors and/or retail outlets.
- This warranty only applies if the product has been used
in accordance with manufacturer's instructions under normal use and with reasonable care.
- What this warranty does not cover:
- Defects or damages resulting from the misuse of this product.
- Defects or damages resulting from abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture, dampness or corrosive environments, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized repair, neglect, rough handling, abuse, accident, alteration,
improper installation, incorrect voltage application, food or liquid spillage, acts of God.
- Normal wear and tear.
- If the product has been opened, modified or repaired by
anyone other than a warranty service center or
if it is repaired using unauthorized spare parts.
- If the serial number has been removed, erased, defaced,
altered or are illegible in any way subject to sole judgement of ZTE.
Out-of-Warranty circumstances
- Over the Product warranty period.
- Serial number is not clear, changed or damaged.
- Warranty label or sealed label is changed or damage.
- That was under services, repairs, corrections, software supplied or changes conducted by an unauthorized party by ZTE.
- Physical damage by misused or incorrect operation.
- Defects or damages resulting from Force Majeure or external causes (including but not limited to, shock, lightening, fire, vandalism, malevolent action, contacts with various liquids or vermin or water damage of any nature, inappropriate electric voltage).
- Damage caused by not following the product manual or usage out of the scope of working condition stipulated in the product manual or instruction (including but not limited to exorbitant temperature, altitude, dampness or dryness, unsteadiness of electric current or voltage).
- Wear and tear by normal daily use of the Product and its accessories.
- The product has been resold to any subsequent purchaser/customer without any written authorization from ZTE.
- The Product has been used with and/or connected with an accessory (i) not supplied by Supplier, or (ii) not fit to be used in the Product, or (iii) in an unauthorized and/or inappropriate manner.
- Damage caused by usage of pirated, improper or unauthorized software or improper setting of software by end user.
- Damage caused by computer virus.
- Reduction of using time caused by normal daily use of batteries and other parts
- Damage caused by the end user is forgetting of password, decryption methods which was set by the end user himself.
- Other damage which is not caused by design, manufacture, or technology of the products.
Out-of-Warranty Procedure
- For Out-of-Warranty Products, all the logistics costs, material costs, labor costs and handling charges incurred in the service process will be borne by End Customer.
- Service Provider will perform analysis of the warranty conditions that will determine the state of the equipment (In Warranty or Out-of-Warranty).
